Make the most of your surroundings and soak them up on your balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean which start with a glimpse of Surfers Paradise and extend to Coolangatta.

This is a fully furnished and self contained unit with ensuite, open plan living space, internal laundry, updated ceiling fans, Netflix access, NBN internet and full access to the resort facilities which include a pool, sauna, 2 spas, BBQ area, tennis court, gym and games room.

The bedrooms - including a Queen bed and a Tri-Bunk bed - are located at the back of the apartment separated from the main living area. Both bedrooms are quiet and feature balconies that open onto a forest canopy that make you feel like you're waking amongst the trees. The apartment has excellent natural ventilation.

WIFI included.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

There is basement parking for one car per unit.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy
As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not permitted at this property.
