This is a fully furnished, fully renovated and self contained unit with Ceasarstone bench tops throughout, ensuite, open plan living & dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and there are heaters provided for the winter. There is even a small collection of pool and beach toys for your use.

Foxtel is included and you have full access to the resorts facilities which include a pool, sauna, 2 spas, BBQ area, tennis court, gym and games room.

Wifi is included with this unit.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

There is basement parking for one car per unit.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy
As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not permitted at this property.
