The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom has two singles – sleeping up to four guests in total comfort. The open-plan living and dining area opens to a private balcony where you can take in panoramic views from Currumbin Alley across the sparkling coastline.

Located directly on the Currumbin beachfront, you’re just steps to the sand, surf and local favourites like Vikings SLSC, cafés and boutique shops.

As a guest, you’ll also enjoy access to Rocks Resort’s resort-style amenities including an outdoor pool, steam room, games room and tennis court, along with secure underground parking for one car.

With its unbeatable location, gentle sea breezes and spectacular ocean outlook, The Rocks 11H is beachside simplicity at its best – your elevated escape in the heart of Currumbin.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am.
