Inside, you’ll find hardwood floors, VJ panelling, and calming coastal colours that set the tone for a relaxed getaway. The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two singles – ideal for families or friends, with room for up to four guests. The cute retro kitchen comes complete with a Smeg fridge and matching appliances, adding a playful pop of colour to your morning coffee routine.

A light-filled open-plan living area opens to those endless ocean views, while air conditioning ensures year-round comfort. Downstairs, there’s a separate laundry with washer and dryer, plus one undercover car space for your convenience. Please note, stairs are required to access the unit.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am.
