From the upper-level aspects, you'll feel the calm of the aqua blue inviting waters by day or glittering views of the city lights of Surfers Paradise by night.

Newly styled with a fresh and modern look, the main living on the upper level is a generous open space. It leads to an undercover balcony ideal for entertaining family and friends or taking in the spectacular views while reading a book. Downstairs the second open living space can double as a quiet sanctuary sitting room or optional family dual living with a built-in wet bar opening to an alfresco patio and private grassed area, perfect for a morning coffee in the sun.

Water fanatics will love being close to both the popular surf breaks of the alley and serene estuary inlet for stand-up paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking or swimming, making this the perfect aquatic playground for any water enthusiast.

Bedding configuration consists of 1 x king, 2 x queens, 2 x singles and a pull out queen sofa bed if required.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items.

**Please note there is NO on-site parking with this property. Parking is street parking only, which is subject to availability at the front of the property at the time.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am. Pets are not permitted at this property.
