This 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat spans three generous levels, with sweeping views from Tugun to Coolangatta and a lush backdrop of native bushland and birdsong.

On the top level, you'll find the spacious master suite with a king bed, private ensuite featuring a bath with uninterrupted ocean views, a walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet. A second bedroom with two singles is also located on this level – perfect for the little ones.

The main level is the heart of the home: a light-filled open-plan kitchen, living and dining space that spills onto a wide deck overlooking the coast. A cosy daybed nook gazes out to the heated pool – a dreamy spot for reading, napping or simply soaking in the surrounds. There's also an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy toes after a day at the beach.

Downstairs, three more bedrooms – a king, queen and double – provide restful accommodation for larger families or groups. A separate media room with comfy lounges and a big-screen TV makes the perfect kids' hangout or evening movie zone.

Outdoors, relax on one of the multiple ocean-facing decks and enjoy the lush leafy outlook that backs directly onto the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, with the occasional call of the lorikeets or kookaburras as your soundtrack.

Pets can come along for your holiday – but available upon request only.

With a 2-car secure garage, extra street parking, and just a 4-minute drive to Tugun Beach and 8 minutes to the Gold Coast Airport, Cloudbreak Currumbin offers both seclusion and convenience.

Please note: There is a permanent tenant living in a self-contained flat on the bottom level of the property. They have a completely separate entrance and no shared access to any guest areas. Guests can enjoy full privacy – you won’t even know they are there.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring any personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am.
