Upstairs, you'll find three light-filled bedrooms, a stylish central bathroom, and an open, airy living space that catches the breeze through louvred windows and fills the home with sunshine. Downstairs is your bonus zone – a fully self-contained one-bedroom suite complete with its own ensuite and kitchenette, ideal for grandparents, grown-up kids, or anyone who likes their morning coffee in peace.

The interiors? Think upscale beach house meets artful elegance, featuring coastal-cool furnishings and original artworks by artist Emily Ebbs. There’s air-conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV in the lounge – perfect for movie nights or post-beach chill sessions.

Outside, it’s all about the good times. A fully fenced backyard gives kids (and pets!) plenty of space to run wild, and with a Weber BBQ and outdoor shower, it’s made for sandy feet and long summer afternoons. Pets are welcome on request – we just ask they keep to the great outdoors.

You’ll be staying in a peaceful, lush neighbourhood, just a short 5-7 minute stroll to the iconic Cornerstone Stores – your go-to spot for artisan coffee, boutique wine, cheese, and more. Park the car in the driveway (room for two!) and explore Currumbin on foot – walk to the beach in 15-20 minutes, or 10 minutes to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, or to local eats, it's all at your fingertips. If you are flying into Gold Coast Airport, this retreat is only a 10 minute drive away!

Whether you're holidaying with extended family or just want a bit of extra breathing room, Cali Currumbin is your perfect slice of coastal cool – laidback, stylish, and effortlessly welcoming.

Linen is provided, including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The beds are triple-sheeted for extra comfort. Basic amenities like hand and body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, and cleaning spray are included, along with a starter pack of essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tabs, wipes, and toilet paper. For longer stays, guests may need to top up on these items.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council regulations, this property has a strict no-party and no-commercial functions policy. Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 10pm and 8am, in consideration of our neighbours.

Pets can stay but must be approved. Pets are only allowed outside and not inside the home.
