Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring personal toiletries.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am.

Please be advised that development works are currently underway nearby at 746 Pacific Parade. During your stay, you may occasionally experience construction noise, truck movements, and increased activity in the surrounding area. A tower crane will also be installed as part of the development works.
