Waves 203 On Currumbin

Being situated right on the beach you are able to take in the wonderful ocean views from Waves and walk to the sand without having to cross roads. The beautiful complex has a pool area - fit for a family holiday.

Unit 203 is positioned on the first floor (mid level) at the western end of the building. Internal features include 3 bedrooms - main with ensuite and bath, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The unit is air conditioned, self contained and well equipped for a comfortable stay.

The security parking underneath the building is for 1 car.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

***Please note: The Gold Coast City Council is currently renewing the seawall at Currumbin Beach and this does affect the area in front of Waves 203.
Road access is being maintained at all times however there may be some diversions under traffic management control. There is general construction noise, dust and vibration during this time but the council have assured that they will continue to monitor this and minimise as much as possible.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb.

In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not permitted at this property.
